Vegetables:

Herbs with “officinalis” as the species name.

• Salvia officinalis - Common sage
• Rosmarinus officinalis - Rosemary (now generally classified as Salvia rosmarinus)
• Melissa officinalis - Lemon balm,
• Calendula officinalis - Pot marigold
