• Unity Christian continues to be a defensive powerhouse, notching the Lion's 3rd shutout of the season, 60-0 over Horizon Christian Academy.
• Coosa faced a historically good Gordon Central, falling 25-13.
• Armuchee, Darling and Model all faced tough challenges this week, ultimately losing out to Chattooga, Haralson County and Bremen, respectively.

• Rome won its 2nd straight game, and 1st region game, with a 31-14 win over East Paulding.
• Unity Christian remains impressive, and undefeated, with a 52-3 win over Fideles Christian.
