    Everywhere I look, organizations are being told to move faster on AI adoption.

    Enable it.

    Deploy it.

    Don’t fall behind.

    Here’s the part that often gets missed:- AI assumes your house is already in order.- AI doesn’t decide who should see data.- It trusts who already can.

    If identity governance, access controls, and data classification aren’t mature, AI won’t fix them — it will inherit and amplify them.

    Most AI-related “incidents” aren’t AI failures. They’re governance failures made visible at machine speed.
