Meet Anita Ruderman, Hot Yoga Instructor for over 30 years and proprietor at Hot Yoga Rockaway Beach on 116th Street and Stephanie Berwick, one of our newest members, and founder of Pasta Zerts - chocolate ravioli.
Anita is the fearless leader at HotYogaRockawayBeach since Jan 2010. She is married to Rick, and is known to enjoy sunsets, playing mahjong and helping people sweat and catch that yoga buzz. Anita loves the beginner yogi and invites anyone from Rockaway to enjoy the yoga studio any and every morning at 9am for class or on July 18th at 5pm for our event.
