  • Dylan Scott | Friday Night Takeover
    2026/04/17

This week, Dylan Scott joins Rob + Holly on the 'Friday Night Takeover,' sharing some updates on family life, his late night productive hours, and the story behind his new song, “Slow Down,” which arrives everywhere on April 24.

“It's about my kids, it's about my wife, it's about life in general and just how, man just sometimes, I mean not sometimes really a lot of times, we need to slow down and just realize what we got and how good life actually is,” admits Dylan. “It's more special to me because my whole life my mom would tell me, ‘hey Dylan slow down,’ you know, because from the time I remember when my eyes opened up in the morning time I'm nonstop and I'm still to this day pretty much nonstop.”

“She passed in 2021 but even up until then she would tell me, ‘hey, don't write today, don't record, don't do this, sit on the couch and watch Netflix or something.’ I couldn't, I can't do it, and so after she passed I woke up in the middle of the night and the first thing that came to my mind was ‘slow down.’ So I went and wrote it.”

  • Shaboozey + Jelly Roll | Friday Night Takeover
    2026/04/06

Shaboozey and Jelly Roll joined Rob + Holly recently to talk about their collaboration on the song "Amen," their respective health journeys, career milestones, and more. Listen as the two link up for laughs and a candid conversation about the power of faith.

Shaboozey explains that the decision to record "Amen" was ultimately tied to his mother's strong faith and daily prayers. "I grew up with my mother always praying,” he shares. “She prays every single day, honestly, more than she does anything. That's like her hobby, you know what I mean? Everything. it's just, she's just always giving glory and thanks to God and praying over her family and praying over everyone, and she's just really, really just a strong woman of faith. So when I heard the record I was like this is awesome, my mom's gonna love this record. I think that's what I used to decide if I should cut the record, ‘Is my mom gonna love it,’ if she loves it then I know it's a hit song."

More than just a hit, “Amen” won a GRAMMY award earlier this year. The night before the ceremony, Shaboozey told Jelly Roll's wife, Bunny, that he had already written his acceptance speech, while Jelly Roll thought they had no chance of winning. Ultimately his faith prevailed, leading to many more “Amen Moments” along the way.

  • Justin Moore | Rob + Holly
    2026/04/03

While celebrating the success of Justin Moore’s latest single, “Time’s Ticking,” from the album, 'This Is My Dirt,' Rob + Holly stumbled upon the ultimate spring break love story.

Moore met his wife 24 years ago during a high school senior trip to Panama City Beach, Florida, at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort "It was her and 7 of her friends and me and 7 of my friends, and our balconies, adjoined,” he remembers. “We're like, ‘this is perfect,’ and we've been together ever since."

"We were kind of both the one in each of our groups that basically kept everybody caged as best we could, you know, and took care of them and made sure they got in bed, those kind of things," Justin adds. “I told my friends the day after we met, because she might have spent the night with me that night, but, I go, ‘I'm gonna marry that girl.’ They're like, ‘No, you ain't.’ I go, ‘Yeah, I am.’”

Moore noted that they were both dating other people at the time and had to break up with their respective partners to start dating, calling the experience "terrible" but part of "God's plan.”
