When a new student joins River Dog’s class, River Dog is excited to make a new friend. But when some of his classmates start teasing the new kid, River Dog isn’t sure what to do. He knows what they’re doing is wrong, but speaking up can be scary, especially when you’re worried about what everyone else might think.

With some encouragement from Hailey and a little wisdom from the Bible, River Dog learns that following Jesus sometimes means having the courage to stand up for someone who needs a friend.
