    Why do some companies, specifically in insurance, pay so low?

    The life insurance industry has a problem! And we are here to change it!

    Many agents start part time to learn the ropes of the business , get a good base and then to transition to full time. Most agents GET STUCK at part time because the company comp plan is so low they cant afford to quit the J.O.B. They are told to attend events constantly to be “resold the dream” and all the training is on recruitment VS how to be a great agent. They end up working so hard, but with 1980 comp plans that leave them burnt out.

    Many simply end up quitting. What if instead the company paid them 2-3x more on every sale? Would your team be more excited? More able to go full time? Would retention go through the roof? That's what we are seeing in our firm. For me. For my team its made all the difference.
