このコンテンツについて
In this heartfelt and honest episode, I open up about my personal experiences with starting to reprocess sexual trauma and what that has looked like. Through various therapeutic modalities and conversations, I've discovered the importance of connecting with our community, our past selves, and our bodies as part of the healing process. No two journeys are the same, but I want you to feel safe, wanted, and supported here.
We explore diverse coping skills like singing loudly in the car, long walks in nature, dancing, activating our different senses, and more. Additionally, we discuss the significance of having someone to talk to about your experiences and deepening relationships with people you trust. Join me as we discuss the winding road to healing and finding comfort in the process, knowing that we are not alone.
