In this episode I offer some tips and tools for releasing energetic attachments.
As empaths we can pick up the energies of others because on some level we feel it will help them. This can block us from receiving. This episode gives us tools to release those attachments in a safe and healthy way.
I've been reflecting on. What it is that I want to? In my energy field. Recognizing that. Our energy fields are containers, and we are. The Soul Guardians of the empathic container. So much like your body is the vehicle. For you to experience in this world. The energetic body, absorbs etheric energies and as empaths and especially in this awakening period and as we begin to awaken and release what's no longer serving. We find ourselves receiving energetically more so than. Even physically, and this can be very ungrounding, this can make it very difficult to ground into the physical.
