概要
This week we start a new series of topics, taking a word and discussing it in relation to early sobriety, and how it has changed/remained and developed in the long term. This week we talk about the word HONESTY.
R&R with Ellen Woods and Mandy Manners discusses recovery and the rest. The real story of what it’s like to be in long term sobriety, how we have and continue to discover what it means to be well, take care of ourselves and grow through life challenges. For both of us being sober is the cornerstone of our lives. This podcast is the anything and everything that comes up along the way.
R&R is intended to be conversational rather than instructional, we encourage each person to design, discover and be proud of their own sobriety tools. We celebrate all roads to recovery and criticise none. This podcast is our own personal stake in the sand, to our own continued commitment to nurturing our recovery.
