When I heard this story, well, I had to talk about it because it's not the first story like it and sadly it won't be the last. TOOOO many times people have used God as an excuse to take lives. The Jonestown massacre is one the more famous ones. But there are others. A lot of other stories where people believe God is telling them to kill. But that's not God. It's mental illness.

Such as the case with this story. A story that happened in a city I grew up in and it wasn't that long ago either.

Hello December! I am loving cooler weather!

Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving, for those that celebrate the holiday! Mine was nice and chill AND the Dallas Cowboys won against Kansas so that was extra awesome! 💙

Alright so had some non fun with mouth pain and it's better but not great which sucks! 👎🏽Life goes on and that's a good thing but do hope I can start to feel much better soon.

I try to learn something new every day and this is a big something. I definitely wouldn't have been using this word if I knew that it's derogatory to a specific group of people that have a long history of atrocious treatment.

I'm a firm believer that knowledge is power and as the knowledge of this racial slur word was brought to my attention, I thought it best to have an episode about it so y'all can know about it too.

As one who has a profound respect for law enforcement, I can't deny that there are bad cops out there. We all know they exist. Though we wish they didn't. Kinda like corrupt politicians. #justsayin

This is NOT to put the profession of law enforcement down. This is just about the minority that, IMO, put a bad spotlight on the profession. 👎🏽

That said, do you personally see it about some bad apples or a bad system that needs fixing OR both?

Yes, it was time for me to go somewhat more in depth with talking about AI but this time as it relates to humans having a relationship and not just any relationship but "romantic" ones. Just as not good is that humans are turning to AI for mental health advice.

I do my best not to judge nor kink shame; however, when it comes to the little ones, teenagers included, it is dangerous for them to be turning to AI for emotional support (and/or for romantic relationships) because that's what we are for -- to be there for one another.

What adults do, as long as they too know that they can only get so much help from AI, is their business, of course as long as they are never hurting anyone or themselves. But yeah the kids, I hope that things will not keep going the way they are. 🙏🏽

AND this is not me being anti-AI as I have said before -- it's not AI that is the problem it is the ones running it or that could get their hands on it for nefarious purposes. That's what concerns me.
