Lemon Jerk enough to coat

Caribbean Mustard enough to coat


Coating:

Flour enough to coat

Texas Seasoning 2-3 Tbsp

Lemon Pepper Jerk 2 Tbsp


1 inch Pork Chops

Oil of choice for frying.
