• Ep. 33 - The One Thing Your Business Won't Grow Without
    2026/07/23

This is one of the first episodes I ever recorded, and honestly...I think it's even more relevant today than it was then.

If there's one lesson that's impacted my business, my health, and my confidence more than almost anything else, it's learning to keep the promises I make to myself.

Not because every promise is life-changing.
    Not because I never fail.

But because every time I follow through, I reinforce the belief that I can trust myself.

And here's what I've realized over the last year:

Confidence isn't something you wake up with.
    It's something you earn.

You earn it by intentionally doing hard things—even when you don't feel like it.

In this episode, we're talking about:

    • Why keeping promises to yourself is the foundation of confidence.
    • The connection between self-trust and success in real estate.
    • How intentionally doing hard things builds resilience for business and life.
    • Why motivation is overrated and consistency is what actually changes you.
    • Simple ways to start proving to yourself that you're someone who follows through.

If you're waiting until you "feel confident" before showing up on social media, making cold calls, hosting an open house, or chasing bigger goals...this episode is for you.

    Because confidence isn't the prerequisite.

It's the reward for keeping your word to yourself.

  • Ep. 32 -Protecting Your Business's Most Valuable Asset (Ft. Kim Pelicano)
    2026/07/09

Real estate can be one of the most rewarding careers, but the nature of this job can also make it so easy to neglect your health. Between unpredictable schedules, client demands, stress, and the pressure to always be available, many agents find themselves running on caffeine, adrenaline, and sacrificing sleep for clients.

In this episode, I sit down with Kim Pelicano, a nurse practitioner, nutrition expert, and certified functional medicine coach, to talk about what it really takes to support your body while building a successful career.

We discuss why prevention is so much easier than trying to reverse burnout, chronic stress, and health issues after they've already taken hold. Kim shares practical, realistic strategies for busy agents who want more energy, better focus, and a business that supports their life—not the other way around.

Whether you're a brand-new agent or years into your career, this conversation is a reminder that your health is one of the greatest business assets you have.

Ever had a client send a text that ruined your entire day?

Maybe they were frustrated, upset, or just plain sassy. As a rookie agent, it's easy to absorb every emotion in a transaction and assume it's somehow your fault.

In today's episode, we're talking about how to separate your emotions from the situation, stay calm under pressure, and become the voice of reason when everyone else is stressed. I truly believe it's THE skill you need to go from rookie to veteran Realtor QUICKLY.

If this sounds familiar, let's cut through the noise together.

This week on Real Talk we're chatting all things tech:

✔️ what you genuinely need as a new agent (it's less & cheaper than you think)
✔️ what can wait until you're actually up and running

  • Ep. 27 - People Pleasing is Costing You Closings (If You're a People Pleaser, LISTEN UP!)
    2026/04/30

If you’ve ever held back from telling a client the truth because you didn’t want to upset them… this episode is for you.

People pleasing might feel like good customer service—but in real estate, it’s often the very thing holding you back from getting results, building trust, and growing a sustainable business.

In today’s episode, we’re talking about how telling your clients what they need to hear (instead of what they want to hear) will actually serve them better—and position you as the expert they trust long-term.

  • Ep. 26 - The Secret to Content People Actually Care About (ft. Ellie Frazier)
    2026/04/16

If your content feels forced, repetitive, or like you're just checking a box… this episode is your reset.

Today I’m joined by Ellie Frazier—a lifestyle content creator known for her “day in the life” videos that somehow make even the most ordinary moments feel engaging, intentional, and worth watching.

And while she’s not in real estate, that’s exactly why this conversation matters.

In this episode, we talk about how to:

    • Creating content that feels natural instead of forced
    • Build connection without always “selling”
    • Find your unique angle (even if you think your life is boring)
    • Think like a creator so your audience actually wants to watch
    • Hear how Ellie plans, films, and edits her content behind the scenes.

You can find Ellie on Instagram, TikTok & Youtube @ElliewFrazier.
