Jesus never said that the Christian life would be one of bliss. In fact he said the opposite - He said that we can expect trouble this side of Heaven, and sometimes that trouble can be quite devastating and tragic, but even in the most difficult of times, God is still good, and even the toughest moments are part of His plan. Today we are very privileged to hear from Dr. Jim Nichols as he shares about his life and the terrible tragedy that he and his wife have recently experienced, and we are greatly encouraged by his transparency and the fact that he continues to trust God through it all.
