    About Zara Whysall

    Zara is an Associate Professor of Business Psychology who straddles academia and industry. She’s a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society with over 20 years’ experience in applied research, consultancy and training across public and private sector organisations.

    Alongside her academic role, she is Research & Impact Director at Kiddy & Partners business psychologists, now part of Gateley Plc. Following her early PhD research applying the transtheoretical (stage of change) model to workplace health and safety interventions, she worked at Health & Safety Laboratory (HSL) and COPE Occupational Health Ltd, before moving to Lane4 (now EY Lane4) and Kiddy & Partners.

    She has published peer-reviewed journals, professional journals and book chapters, including in the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Health Psychology, Management Decision and Ergonomics.
