  • The Day Everything Changed: My Stroke Story
    2025/09/01

🎙️ **“Welcome to Rare as an Orchid, a space for healing, thriving, and becoming. I’m your host, Victoria Adams and I’m so grateful you’re here.

This podcast has lived in my heart for years but I believe some things don’t bloom until the soil is ready. And after everything I’ve been through, especially surviving a stroke in June 2024, I know now is the time.

I created this space for women, especially women and girls of color, who are ready to own their story, unpack their pain, and build the life they deserve.

In this first episode, I’ll tell you more about my journey, how my stroke changed everything and why this moment feels like the perfect beginning.

You can expect deep conversations on healing, powerful reflections on mindfulness, transparency, and self-worth, and episodes where I sit down with some extraordinary voices in beauty, business, and wellness.

So thank you for being here. If you’ve ever felt like you were too much or not enough let this podcast remind you: you are as rare as an orchid.
