  • Bye bye past, hello to the unknown
    2024/12/08

    ****Season Finale

More often then we think, many people carry the weight of past experiences and decisions with them every single day. This episode is here to inspire and encourage you to let go of the past and discuss methods to letting go that include forgiveness, accountability, and insight. There is no reason to keep looking back in the rear view mirror, you must look ahead in life. Similar to driving a car if you focus to much on what's happening behind you, you can miss out on what's in front of you. Once you have let go of the past, you must look forward with confidence. Todays conversation will help remind you about keys steps to letting go and ways to replace the fear of the future with confidence in the unknown.

  • How to remain lighthearted through hurt and disappointment
    2024/12/08

This allowed me to discuss how to remain light through hurt and disappointments so you can remain true to yourself and not change, which is not easy to do. Sometimes we need a hard reset to begin releasing any pain. Apart of my internal reset process is allowing myself to free up any internal space that may be full of resentment and heartache. Being light hearted will do so much for you spiritually vs holding on to situations that hurt you. We will dive into methods on how to remain light hearted that include forgiveness, severing ties, blocking, and most importantly STANDING ON BUSINESS! If you know the person you aspire to be, write a list of their qualities and visualize what they would accept and what they would NOT accept in self discovery, friendships, relationships, and even family ties. These are my stories from my perspective and how I managed each individual situation. I hope something resonates with you as we continue to connect.

    2024/12/08

Are you a person that exposes to much or do you move in silence? If not are you going to just talk about it or let your actions show the results?
