The RSVP episodes are a function of the full-length episodes from The Invite Podcast. Troy and Beth sit down together, no other guests, and in 30-minutes share in a conversation about a new start they are going through or have gone through. The intent is to inspire, encourage, and motive others as they experience their own starts.
We pick apart the decision we made to enjoy a water/coffee-only fast for 72-hours. We share the reason we started this, what we hope to get out of it, and how we plan to move forward post-fast.
Fasting has multiple benefits as have been shared in numerous podcasts. What we rarely hear is just a conversation about two people who are in the middle of it and their tangible, non-scientific experience. Well this episode talks all about that! We share in no science-talk here (it's available on so many other platforms) but instead speak to the various experiences we are currently having in this fast.
