The latest episode of the Queens City College Hoops Podcast had us riding a roller coaster of results for the local teams! Our Queens Royals started the weekend off strong, bagging a nice win against South Carolina State, unfortunately, they couldn't keep that momentum going, taking a tough loss when they faced off against Wake Forest. Meanwhile, the Davidson Wildcats were handling business smoothly, picking up a solid victory over Mercyhurst. Elsewhere in the area, Winthrop absolutely dominated their matchup against Bob Jones. The only real bummer was seeing the Charlotte 49ers come up short in a frustrating loss to Charleston. All in all, it was a busy week, leaving us plenty to unpack before the next slate of games!
