His journey to enlightenment is so raw and genuine that anyone could dive into this book and apply his wealth of knowledge to their lives. Even the structure of this book is laid out so well, that I had excerpts from it at the tip of my tongue after a quick read before sitting down with him.

If you're from our city, you've probably heard the name Grant Hamilton. 
He was hands-down one of the best writers and journalists our local newspaper ever had, and the people of Brandon were both lucky and fortunate to have him keeping us well-informed all those years.
These days, he's not only the Marketing Communications Officer for Brandon University but a passionate advocate for efficient and safe active transportation right here in Brandon.
