She was offered the position of President for a marketing firm in Houston by a Partner with 20+ Years of executive industry experience; General Manager for a start-up tech. company in Springfield, Missouri and General Manager for a fine Italian restaurant in Sugar Land. She's trained in Management through Top Management Development Programs by Multiple Fortune 500 Companies. Mrs. Williams worked alongside and represented a U.S. Congressmen, 2 State House Representatives, 1 state senate representative, 3 Honourable Judges and The Economics & Government Affairs Departments for Two City Chambers.

Today, C. Marie has grown into a Transformational Millennial Speaker, a Purpose Trainer & Coach, a Business & Team Developer and is known as "Humanity's Consultant." After finding the courage to end her marriage in 2015 and resign from her company after 14 years in 2016, Erica knew she was onto something when her life began to fall into place.

Things were just working out in her favor in every aspect of her life in ways that she could never have imagined. That’s when she realized listening to your gut, or inner “GPS” you'll start living life in “flow”.

She followed a gut feeling she originally had in 2013 and become a certified holistic health coach and recently an independent distributor for Young Living Essential Oils. Combing her passion for wellness and essential oils felt completely in alignment with her purpose - which is just starting to turn around a profit!

Erica lives on Long Island,NY with her boyfriend and fur family (2 dogs + 1 cat). By day she’s a sales professional and hospice volunteer, and her hobbies include yoga, reading about metaphysics and spirituality, biking, hiking with the dogs, and spending time at the beach (even in the winter!)

Todd was certified as a Hand Analyst in 1991 by Richard Unger of the International Institute of Hand Analysis (IIHA).

Certification as an Ontological Coach came in March of 2002. As Co-founder of the Paradigm Shifts Coaching Group, Todd co-facilitated the coach training program at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (ITP) in Palo Alto, CA for over 8 years. ITP is now called Sophia University.

He received certification in Radiance Breathwork from Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks in 1990 and has been providing group and private sessions ever since. Todd provided a monthly group breathwork experience at (ITP) The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology for many years.
