Host Susan Downie leads a 15–30 minute quiet time with Bible reading, prayer and personal reflection, sharing a Sabbath routine. Having listened to numerous health and wellbeing podcasts she invites us to compare and contrast the secular idea of reset and the holy reset in psalm 1.
The episode focuses on Psalm 1 as a call to reset: contrasting worldly burnout with delighting in God’s law, practicing Sabbath rest, meditating on Scripture, and choosing a life rooted in God.
