Welcome to another episode of The Right to Shower, where we believe access to cleanliness is a human right. Today, we discuss the effects of homelessness on children and young adults in college. To talk about this, our host Darius Baxter is joined by someone who has been involved with numerous non-profits benefiting communities as well as serving on a commission for a program aimed at providing children with early-in-life resources, its County Supervisor for the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors, Das Williams! Das is a man who speaks from experience when discussing the challenges of experiencing homelessness.
