    Solomon in scripture represents a King over a Kingdom that was in peace. Nations had been subdued by his father David through multiple wars. Israel under his rule was the premier nation on the face of the earth which is pre-figuring the millennial reign of our Messiah. In order to have this time of peace, scripture suggests that all enemies have to put in subjection both natural and spiritual.
