このコンテンツについて
In this episode, we’re joined by Pete Johnson from our partner organisation Platfform to discuss the impact of practitioner wellbeing on their work with families. Our Bettws Early Community Spotlight research highlighted the impact of mental health on practitioners and families. Pete shares his personal experiences and the importance of community support, as well as the need for reflective practice, supportive work environments, and leadership buy-in. This discussion adds to our broader work around bringing communities together to address issues and improve children’s lives.

Yn y bennod hon, mae Pete Johnson o Platfform yn ymuno â ni i drafod effaith lles ymarferwyr ar eu gwaith gyda theuluoedd. Mae ein hymchwil Sbotolau yn tanlinellu’r effaith iechyd meddwl ar ymarferwyr a theuluoedd. Mae Pete yn rhannu ei brofiadau personol a phwysigrwydd cefnogaeth gymunedol, yn ogystal â'r angen am ymarfer myfyriol, amgylcheddau gwaith cefnogol, a chefnogaeth arweinwyr. Mae'r drafodaeth hon yn ychwanegu at ein trafodaethau ehangach ynghylch dod â chymunedau ynghyd i wella bywydau plant.
