概要

Join me each week as a friend, and I “pour it out” over coffee. You can expect to hear stories, hearts shared, and even some tips and tricks for a more fruitful and fun life! And look forward to hearing the heart of a local pastor once a month. My heart is that you will grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and leave inspired.Alana Beverly キリスト教 スピリチュアリティ 聖職・福音主義

  • Ep. 90: When Everything Feels Like Grass
    2026/02/27

This week’s conversation is for anyone who feels like the ground beneath them has been shifting.

With leaders falling, circumstances changing, and personal disappointments that catch us off guard, it can start to feel like everything around us is fragile and unstable. Isaiah 40:6–8 reminds us that “all people are like grass… the grass withers and the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever.”

In this episode, I talk about what happens when we’ve accidentally built our stability on things that were never meant to last...and how to gently shift our footing back to the One who does. When we turn our eyes upon Jesus, the things of this world grow strangely dim, and we find the firm foundation we’ve been looking for all along.

If everything feels like grass right now, this one is for you. Grab a cup of coffee or your favorite drink and join me as I pour it out. ☕️🎙️🤍

  • Ep. 89: Acts 2:26
    2026/02/06

I did a Bible study once and found a verse I had never heard before and it changed my life. It's the sentence I try to live by and today I want to share it with you. I pray it encourages you and challenges you...and as always, I pray it draws you closer to Jesus.

  • Ep. 88: Amber Ginter Johnson
    2026/01/29

    Summary

Today's episode is a conversation I had last year with Amber Ginter Johnson. This is such a good one about overcoming obstacles and finding hope on the other side of many, many challenges. Amber is extremely passionate about mental health, and shares some of what she has learned about the importance of partnering practical help with spiritual support in order to find healing. Amber's journey from teaching to writing reflects her commitment to using her experiences to empower others, particularly in the realm of mental health.

This is a good one, and I invite you to grab a cup of coffee or your favorite drink and join us as we pour it out!
