    Hey sis, welcome back to the Possess Your Peace podcast! We’re continuing in Part 2 of Phase 2 of the “How to Overcome Anxiety” series, which is all about perspective and renewing your mind! In this episode, I’m diving deep into what it really means to walk by faith and not by sight. I had my notes ready, and the Holy Spirit rejected them and took over instead. LOL If you’ve been praying for peace but still feel anxious, stuck, or afraid, this message is for you. Faith isn’t just believing that God can, but it's acting like He will. The Bible says faith without works is dead, and in this episode, I share how applying God’s Word to your daily life will transform your mind, your habits, and ultimately help you possess your peace.

    You’ll learn how to shift your perspective from fear to faith, how to stand firm even when life feels uncertain, and why you should be seeking progress in this process, rather than perfection. Faith is not a magic wand, but one of the tools that teaches us how to trust that God’s plan still works even when life doesn’t look perfect.

    It's finally here! Honestly, I don't know why I waited so long to give this to you. In today's episode, I am introducing the four-part series on "Overcoming Anxiety Through Faith." I'm getting real with this one and sharing my personal struggle with anxiety and how my faith in God guided me to overcome it. As someone who suffered for years under anxiety's control, I know how few resources there are for this. I always knew I could beat anxiety, but I never knew how. That's why I created this series for you. In Part 1, you will learn the importance of belief, defining your faith, and declaring affirmations to counter anxiety - plus HOW to do all these things. There are key scriptures and practical exercises, such as journaling and consistent faith declarations, to help you start your journey toward an anxiety-free life. The most important detail for all of this to work is patience and diligence. "Let patience have her perfect work, that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing."
