    Join us in celebrating world IBD day by discussing all things Crohn’s and Ulcerative Colitis related. In this episode we discuss the biggest misconceptions that come with an IBD diagnosis. We hopefully aim to reassure you with any anxieties you may have around these common misconceptions.

At the time of this recording, the phenomenal Dame Deborah James has raised over £6 million for Cancer Research UK through her Bowelbabe Fund.

    Join us in having a cuppa to discuss the last couple of months. Cass has had a busy month involving a stag doo, hen doo, trip to Ibiza and two weddings! She discusses trying to stick to a routine of some sort in between the mayhem of her amazing friend’s events. Sarah discusses getting used to being back in the office environment and starting her latest corporate role.

    We discuss the tweaks and adaptations we personally implement that support us in attending social events and approaching work as confidently as possible with our IBD’s.

    Join us in speaking with the incredible Liam about his journey with Ulcerative Colitis.

    Liam was absolutely amazing to speak with and was open to discuss all aspects of his IBD. He discussed his diagnosis journey, medication, fitness, experiences with clinicians, managing his career whilst being chronically unwell and shares some hilarious stories.

    We hope you enjoy this episode and find Liam’s charisma and personality as infectious as we did.
