The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission meets to review and make recommendations on multiple land use and development matters. Key agenda items include public hearings on the Transportation Master Plan and Impact Fee Facilities Plan update, the Angels Landing lot split creating two ten-acre parcels, amendments to preliminary and final plat requirements, the Eagle Mountain Chapel and Recreation Building development agreement and site plan, amendments to barbed wire fencing regulations in the RTI Overlay Zone, clarification of residential standards for legally nonconforming lots, amendments to master site plan requirements, and rezoning of the Pinnacles area from Commercial Neighborhood to Agriculture.
