They were not finding traction, profits were little to nothing, and they were on the verge of shutting down. They really pulled through, turned things around to create one of the most used, household social media platforms of all time. Since Elon Musk took over Twitter, he has now rebranded to X. Solar panels have become increasingly popular and I believe they will only continue the trend. However, solar isn't where I would like it to be at its current state. There are some kinks to be straightened out before I get them myself. .With recent legislation from Ron DeSantis and his team, the construction industry finds itself in a tight squeeze with projects and labor. The implications of shifting the responsibility to the business owners will increase bidding regarding future projects. For homeowners, this may mean your roof quotes may increase as the shortage of labor continues. Projects will move forward, but in a more expensive, maybe slower pace..Homeowner's Insurance in Florida has been a hot topic for a while. As these companies change their policies, homeowners are left with less options. Premiums are going up, HOA fees are skyrocketing for many older buildings, and responsibility is shifted to the homeowner. I believe in time, the insurance issues will correct itself as the pendulum swings, but when will that be? Who knows... . . .
