Should you ever be satisfied? When is good, good enough? This relates to more than athletes - let's get serious with what is important to you. Getting the promotion but having to spend more time at work and away from home, or stay where you are??

This kid is the real deal - not just his baseball skills and relentless work ethic, but he's such a great person. The big 3 sit down with Walker to talk about how he became the 2 time Gatorade Player of the Year in North Carolina two years in a row and a 1st round pick this past draft. We wish him luck and hard work in his new journey with the Twins. He deserves the best because he out works everyone on the field.

Rooney and Andy sit down with Guatemala's own Santiago Meneses, a former coach and instructor here at Coastal Athletics-Rock Solid. He speaks about his journey playing as a joven (youngster in Spanish) and how he managed to make it to the States while in high school.
