Midday Prayer — The Peace of Jesus Guards My Heart and Mind in Every Situation Today Philippians 4:7 — The Peace of God Guards Your Heart and Mind in Christ Jesus Live from London, England São Paulo • Houston • Nairobi • Manila • Vienna midday prayer for peace • prayer for anxiety and stress • calm my mind prayer • Philippians 4:7 prayer • inner peace in Jesus Philippians 4:7 (NIV): “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” John 14:27 (NIV): “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” Jesus, Your peace guards my heart and mind as I pause and return to You in this moment. The day has moved on, and with it has come pressure, thoughts, and responsibilities that begin to build within me. I feel the weight of what I am carrying, and I recognise the need to come back to You. So I pause. I release the noise, the pressure, and the tension, and I receive Your perfect peace within me. Your peace is not fragile. It is not dependent on circumstances. It stands firm, steady, and unshaken, flowing from Your presence into my life. You guard my heart. You steady my thoughts. You calm what feels unsettled within me, and You bring order where there has been strain. So I do not continue in overwhelm. I return to peace. Jesus, let Your peace remain within me as I continue through this day. Let it shape my thoughts, steady my emotions, and guide my responses. I remain in You. Jesús, Tu paz guarda mi corazón y mi mente en este momento. Jesus Cristo, a Tua paz guarda o meu coração e a minha mente neste momento. From São Paulo to Houston, from Nairobi to Vienna, across every place moving through this part of the day, You are present. You are calming. You are restoring Your people. So I pause. I receive. I continue in peace. In Your name, Jesus, I am steady and at rest within.
