  • Why I Funded Veterans With My Own Money w/Lyubim Kogan
    2025/12/14

Why I Funded Veterans With My Own Money w/Lyubim Kogan

Our guest today is Lyubim (pronounced Loo-beem) Kogan — a five-time first-generation immigrant, Winter Olympian, NYU Stern graduate, 9/11 survivor, and founder of Wings4Heroes.org, a mission helping amputee and deaf combat veterans reclaim dignity, purpose, and joy through camaraderie, adventure, and flight.

His journey spans Wall Street trading desks, Main Street kitchen tables, crisis leadership in war zones, and humanitarian missions across continents. He's a national bestselling co-author with Steve Forbes and has shared the stage at the United Nations with Brian Tracy.

Today, he's here to talk about rebuilding after catastrophic loss—and how to lead when there's no system, no money, and no applause.

Music as Cultural Storytelling w/Clipper Erickson

From Juilliard to Dett’s rediscovery: a pianist’s mission to reveal hidden brilliance.

Clipper Erickson has been hailed by Fanfare as “one of the finest pianists of his generation…a consummate musician.” A devoted musical explorer, he made his debut at age 19 with the Young Musicians Foundation Orchestra in Los Angeles before training at The Juilliard School, Yale University, and Indiana University under legendary pianist John Ogdon. His artistry has earned international acclaim on stages such as the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall, as well as through his landmark Navona Records release My Cup Runneth Over – The Complete Piano Works of R. Nathaniel Dett, named a Gramophone UK “Critic’s Choice” and Album of the Year in 2016. Today, Erickson continues to champion overlooked voices in American music while sharing his passion with students at the Westminster Conservatory and through master classes worldwide.

5 STEPS a Day to Feed Body, Mind, and Spirit w/ Dr. Len Lopez

5 S.T.E.P.S. a Day...is taking ‘to-do’ lists and journaling to the next level by Visually tracking Body, Mind, and Spirit...to Improve Habits and Attitudes. Created by Dr. Len Lopez

Nutrition and fitness expert, Dr. Len Lopez, is the creator of 5 S.T.E.P.S. a Day... a unique ‘to-do’ list to help improve your Habits and Attitude by tracking how You Feed Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Everyday shade-in One or all 5 S.T.E.P.S. for the action you took and tap into your 'visual' and 'kinesthetic' learning centers to help anchor those better habits and attitude.

If you're already tracking your Physical steps or closing your Rings for your PHYSICAL Body... this will be easy, but What am I doing for My Mind and Spirit?

Every day ask yourself these 5 questions?

    SLEEP ----- Did I Sleep/Dream with a Smile?

THINK ----- Did I Think Better?

EAT ------- Did I Eat Right?

PHYSICAL -- Did I Get Physical?

SPIRIT ------ Did I work my Spiritual muscles?

....if you did, shade-in that step.

By the end of the day... week... month... you can quickly see how good you are at feeding your body, mind, and spirit.

It's NOT Rocket Science... It's Feedback and Accountability.

In less than 2 minutes you can track and see, if you are doing the things that will make you Healthy, Wealthy, and Wise? Or at least get you to be Bigger, Better, Bolder?

Dr. Len also created a TEEN version. The 5 S.T.E.P.S. are the Same - but Different.

So, let's learn more about 5 STEPS with Dr. Len Lopez

    Supporting Independent Filmmakers w/Bryan Louzil

Bringing light to underserved content and underrepresented filmmakers

Bryan is the VP of Business Development at Mometu, an emerging free streaming service offering the best movies and tv you've never seen. He is also the founder of the Mometu College Film Festival which caters to student filmmakers looking to compete only against their peers. Prior to Mometu, Bryan spent 15 years in the corporate sales & management world which he was very happy to leave behind to help bring Mometu to you. On a personal level, he grew up in the film world with both his parents being filmmakers, which usually entailed summer and winter breaks being spent on film sets or in production offices. He is also married to the love of his life with a little version of him in tow causing chaos. While he does enjoy film as a whole he would not consider himself a cinephile, however, is more inclined to help independent filmmakers like his parents succeed and help their films be seen
