This is episode #5 in my podcast series “Perspectives on Leadership”. My guest is Dr. Hartmut Steulten, Leadership and Organization Transformation Consultant.
I have had the pleasure of knowing Hartmut for approximately 20 years during which time we have collaborated together, and have studied the same post-graduate Master’s program on Organization Consulting. Hartmut went on to complete a PhD in the same field.
In this podcast, Hartmut makes a refreshing and challenging distinction between Leadership (noun) and Leading (verb). The podcast also discusses standing up for what you believe in; taking courageous decisions, and the enabling skills leaders should possess going forward.
