Continuing my series "Perspectives on Leadership", this episode features Armin Sumesgutner, a senior business leader at Deutsche Telekom. I first met Armin at an annual meeting of the company's most senior leaders in 2017 when Peer-to-Peer Coaching was introduced.
Using the framework of the 3 questions, Armin and I discussed personal leadership, observed situational leadership and the requirements of leaders going forward. Some of the points we discussed:
