 In this episode, I talk about some of my personal discoveries and growth that have affected me in some of the most powerful ways. Boundaries & Perspective have been MAJOR themes (often coexisting)- throughout my spiritual awakening & I share a bit of how some of those lessons have appeared within my daily interactions. It's a shorter podcast, without much of an outro, but I hope that what i share from my experiences is still helpful in some way!!!

( I've recorded a lot of thoughts over the past year so these themes aren't necessarily hyper-present in my current reality/timeline, but one thing I know for sure is that lessons will repeatedly revisit us for the sake of gaining new perspectives, new revelations, etc ... & the best thing we can do is to try NOT to get stuck in a "victim" mindset in the process.. rather if we accept what's occurring & ask ourselves what we can learn from it; it will often (over time)- make the experience easier to navigate & strengthen our connection with our higher selves/intuition. )
