Pedro Sebastião Teta is an Angolan engineer, university professor, consultant, politician, entrepreneur, and sovereign wealth fund administrator. Holding a PhD from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Pedro Sebastião Teta served as Vice Minister for Science and Technology and played a major role in Angola’s technological, academic, and national development through leadership and innovation.
