Episode #167 | Season 8 Episode 8 [R] I was asked to be a judge for BBQ competition and thought it would make for a fun episode. The episode was recorded on location at the barbershop Ra’s Supreme Clientele in Albert Lea, MN. We planned for 4 judges and 4 contestants but it turned into 4 judges and only 2 contestants. Episode #166 | Season 8 Episode 7 [R] While I was on vacation -- another teacher at Lake Mills Community School District was involved (allegedly) in another inappropriate interaction with a minor/ someone pretending to be a minor.

News broke about Skyler Ahrens, a local PE teacher and coach at the school was arrested and charged with multiple counts of disseminating obscene material to a minor, grooming, and sexual exploitation of a minor following a Winnebago County Sheriff's Office undercover investigation.

To report and address child exploitation, utilize the following hotline resources:

1. Call the National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-422-4453 for immediate assistance.
2. Report online at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) website.
3. Contact local law enforcement if you suspect immediate danger to a child.
4. Reach out to Child Protective Services (CPS) in your area for support and intervention.
5. Use the CyberTipline to report online exploitation or abuse.
6. Educate yourself on signs of child exploitation to better recognize and report it.

Episode #165 | Season 8 Episode 6 [PG-13] After watching the new Superman movie on it's earlier day, my boys and I went to a second viewing (along with my mom). This episode opens with a quick movie review/ interview with my my son Ky (7 yrs old) followed by Drake (12 yrs old) then leading into my thoughts on the movie. Episode #160 | Season 8 Episode 1 [R] I ended this podcast over a year ago. In that time I created a second podcast "Hey, Real Quick" (Available on Apple Podcast & Spotify) and stopped performing comedy for a few months. After traveling more and more, and doing consistent gigs the ideas of recreating this space to chronicle my comedy journey “The Magic” became necessary again.

Dealing with a serious accusation/ lie this season will revolve around putting the broken pieces back together and the resurgence of comedian Day Peace after only doing 14 paid shows last year.
