In this first conversation, we open a space where our parts are welcome to speak and be witnessed.
Yanira from Puerto Rico and Eri from Japan come together to share a cross-cultural conversation about trauma healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the personal journeys that led them to this work.
Both of us are trauma-informed practitioners and non-native English speakers who chose to speak in English so we can connect with a wider healing community around the world.
In this episode, we talk about:
- Our backgrounds and journeys into trauma healing
- What the IFS model means to us personally
- How different cultures shape the way we understand trauma
- Why witnessing our parts can be a powerful step in healing
This conversation is an invitation to anyone walking their own healing path.
You are not alone.
