Part of her role is funded by Changing Futures to look into how young people, working with statutory & other services in Plymouth, experience the transition from youth to adult services. As Gemma tells us, it's not about necessarily making changes if they are not needed. It's about asking those who are or have experienced the process - what was it like? what would have made it a better experience for you? what can we do to support you? etc.
