 In this episode I am talking to my daughters father, Grammy award winning lead singer of The Rude Boys, Joe Little lll. Joe has had vast life experiences that have given him plenty of insight to pull from. Today Joe makes sure that he and I maintain a mutually respectful relationship as parents for the sake of our daughter. Peaceful co-parenting is not always possible in some situations. There are many split families where the parents simply cannot seem to get along or communicate. I myself have had this experience in other situations. Unfortunately, I have also experienced special circumstances where communication is not a safe or healthy option with the other parent. Outside of that, if at all possible, we as parents need to do the work to figure out how to respect one another and communicate properly for the sake of our children. In this episode Joe shares his take on why it is important and how it is possible to have healthy and respectful interactions with your child’s parent.
