  • Revolutionizing Family Law: How One Man's Fight Changed Texas, "Time Taken, Time Taken Back Law"
    2024/05/03

Robert Garza, a father who fought against false allegations and spent 12 years battling in family court. Learn how Robert's journey led to the passing of the "Time Taken, Time Taken Back Law" in Texas, a groundbreaking law that ensures parents regain lost time with their children after false allegations. Discover the impact of this law on families and the legal system, and find out how Robert's advocacy is shaping the future of divorce nationwide. Don't miss this inspiring story of resilience and reform!

    Bill Details Texas SB 718:

    "Time Taken Time Back"

This law fixes a fundamental liberty and a parental right. It brings healing and allows the child-parent relationship bond to be rebuilt from the lost time that was taken only on precaution by the court.

    Bill Details HB 969:

This bill would give those resources back to those offices and unstop the courts system. This shifts the burden of proof. By this one change there would be no more waste of resources of the family courts, CPS, or the District Attornery office.

When the family court is taking a parental right away only on “precaution” and when they return the child and not the time that was lost. This is a human rights issue and an attack on Americans

    Civil Liberties

My bill stops the behavior before the false allegation is made. This bill rights the wrong that was done only on precaution.
