Welcome back, class.
Today we are holding a parent teacher conference for one of the most talented, complicated, occasionally dramatic students in entertainment history… Star Wars.
We are pulling out the full report card. The original trilogy. The prequels. The sequels. The spin offs. The animated era. The streaming boom. The budgets, the box office, the wins, the misses, and the moments that had the fandom either cheering or flipping desks.
This is not detention. This is an evaluation. What are the strengths? What are the weaknesses? And most importantly… What is the improvement plan to get this galaxy back on the honor roll?
