概要

In Episode 6 of this season, Jo explores how physical and emotional pain can drive our eating patterns, and asks what we're really seeking when we reach for food. She looks at natural ways to raise oxytocin without turning to the cupboard, shares practical advice for getting through the hunger hump during downtime from food, and reflects on what a carbohydrate high can teach us. The episode closes with a heartfelt reminder of why being kind to ourselves isn't a luxury – it's essential to lasting change.
