We pray for God to provide the right employment, business opportunities, wisdom, ideas, discipline, and resources. We also ask God to teach us to manage what He places in our hands faithfully.

This prayer is based on Scriptures including:

Philippians 4:19 — God is our Provider.

Matthew 6:33 — Seek first God's Kingdom and His righteousness.

Malachi 3:8–10 — God's Word teaches about faithfulness in tithes.

2 Corinthians 9:7–8 — God loves a cheerful giver and provides for every good work.

Proverbs 3:9 — Honour the Lord with your wealth.

Deuteronomy 8:18 — God gives the ability to produce wealth.

Proverbs 21:5 — Diligent planning leads toward abundance.

1 John 1:9 — When we confess our sins, God faithfully forgives and cleanses us.

In this prayer, we also come before God in repentance. If we have dishonoured Him through greed, dishonest gain, selfishness, or knowingly withheld tithes and offerings, we ask Him to forgive us and lead us into obedience.

Giving is not a way to purchase God's blessing. We give because we love God, trust Him, and desire to support His Kingdom, the Gospel, ministry, missions, and people in need.

I declare over you:

God is your Provider.
You will not be controlled by financial fear.
Money will not become your master.
God will give you wisdom.
God will direct your steps.
You will honour God with your finances.
You will sow into God's Kingdom.
You will give with a cheerful heart.
You will walk in integrity.
You will become a blessing to others.

May God give you wisdom concerning income, spending, saving, debt, business, employment, tithing, giving, and generosity.

May He protect you from scams, dishonest opportunities, greed, gambling, and financial decisions that can bring destruction.

And when God increases what is in your hands, may your heart remain faithful to Him.

Never love the blessing more than the God who blesses.

May your testimony become:

“The Lord provided for me. The Lord sustained me. The Lord remained faithful.”
