Payne, MD, to discuss the Clinical Practice Guideline "Adult Sinusitis Update,” which published as a supplement to the August 2025 issue of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. The guideline addresses diagnostic accuracy for adult rhinosinusitis, use of ancillary tests to confirm diagnosis and guide management, and systemic and topical therapy.
