NVIDIA is collaborating with the startup Span and homebuilder PulteGroup to transform modern residential houses into a decentralized network of artificial intelligence data centers. By installing specialized XFRA compute nodes alongside standard home utilities, the partnership aims to utilize existing electrical capacity that usually goes wasted in suburban neighborhoods.
