From picky eating to body image, there are many reasons parents might worry about their children’s nutrition. Today, Dr. Jerry Weichman breaks down some of his top tips for tackling all things nutrition with our teens and preteens. He reminds parents that it’s important not to make food or nutrition about appearances, but instead to focus on small changes that can improve our kids nutrient intake. As a parent to a picky eater himself, Dr. Weichman has great insight on how to address some of the most common eating concerns. Don’t forget to subscribe to the show as our discussion on the subject has only just begun. Later this week we will be joined by Janiec Dada and of course our wonderful co-host Christina to continue the discussion.
