    Emphasising the importance of openness and vulnerability in our own mental health and that of others, the show aims to raise awareness of important conversations, both loud and quiet, that may be the most meaningful or difficult to hold space for.

    Through honest reflections of real-life experiences, and actionable insights of both mine and those of guests on the show, we aim to explore development into young adulthood and engage with you, the audience, as we seek answers together.
