The time has come, less than a week I will no longer be a homeowner. I will once again be living out of a bag, this time to enjoy the adventures. On this episode I talk about the upcoming move and the "Insertion Phase" of living, podcasting and building health all over the place. To start things off I want to set the tone, get the balance and centering that comes from a healing retreat, meditation, diet, and intentions. I will be attending a retreat at the Nada Brahma Healing Center in Costa Rica. Once the retreat is complete I will have a clearer picture of where to go next. No pressure, no expectations..what a hard thing to do. The pressure of trying to have no expectations! Well, listen to the episode and you'll hear more no that.
Caught up with Jacob Bowman (The Journey Series) and started talking about his experience in Columbia as his Vision Quest. We are going to shoot for a couple of weeks for the episode, let us both get settled. Can't wait to chat with Jacob again, always so curious. Disrespectful Peasant!!
